What you need:
tattoo
flannel
walter
steps
1. Peel off the plastic and put on your arm, wet the flannel.
2. Put the tattoo where you want to put it.
3. Hold for 10 to 30 seconds and then carefully take it off.
4.Dab the flannel around it.
Now you have a great tattoo!
