You will never guess where we went for our big day out. We didn’t just go to one place but we went to two places. Last Thursday we went to QEII swimming and to the gym. All the year 2’s went together on two red buses for our big day out.
First we went to QEII. I loved doing cannonballs with my friends. I like the lazy river. It spun me around and around. I went in the bubbly pool. I loved swimming.
Next we went to gymnastics. Our first activity was the rings. I like doing back flips. Second was the beam. I liked doing handstands and walking on my tip toes. Third we did the vault. I liked doing pike jumps. Fourth we went to the bar. I enjoyed doing backhip-circle-overs. Eventually we got to the tumble track and I loved doing front flips.

At the end of the day we went back to school. When the bell rang everyone went home but I went back to gymnastics!
